Wholesale Warranty

Modzori guarantees all of its products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship, for six (6) months from date of purchase. We firmly stand behind everything we produce. This, however, is not a guarantee against normal wear and tear. Nor does it apply to product that has been damaged by misuse, accident, modification or unauthorized repair. If you believe you have sold a defective Modzori product, please fill the form below.

No warranty claim will be accepted without the following.

1. Image of Receipt

2. Product Images (Bottom, Top, Close up picture of Damage)

After review you may be asked to ship the product back to our facility for further inspection. Store credit will be applied to your account if your claim falls under our warranty policy.
