We want you to be completely satisfied with your shoes. Please try your new shoes on a clean indoor surface and make sure they fit before wearing them outside. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase from www.modzori.com, return the item to us within 30 days of purchase in its original, unworn condition for a full refund.

Please Review 

Return items should be unworn, and still have their tags attached and in original packaging. 
Our shoe box is considered part of the product, a 20% Restocking fee will be applied for missing packing materials or tags. 
Item must be shipped back in proper shipping outer container/box. Items not shipped back in proper shipping box or damaged by customer (excludes carrier mishandlings) may be considered unsellable and rejected.
 

 

For returns a $10 flat rate label fee will be subtracted from your refund (excludes item return due to defects or mispacks).

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all exchanges. All other conditions outlined in our returns policy apply to exchanges as well.

International orders are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, including the purchase of a shipping label with a tracking number.

We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to one billing cycle for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.

If you have purchased a product from one of Modzori re-sellers (either store or online), you must return your product to that retailer. Modzori.com is unable to process any returns for purchases that originated elsewhere, and these are not covered under our 30-day guarantee.
If you want to use your own shipping label we advise using a method that provides a tracking number. Please email info@modzori.com to request an RA#, only needed it if you use your own shipping label. Modzori.com is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
