Returns & Exchanges offers our customers a 30-day, no questions asked return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your Modzori shoes.
Simply contact us within 30 days of purchase, and tell us why you would like to return it. 
Return items should be unworn, and still have their tags attached and in original packaging. Item must be shipped back in proper shipping outer container/box. Items not shipped back in proper shipping box or damaged by customer (excludes carrier mishandlings) may be considered un sellable and rejected.



At this moment of time does not support exchanges, return your purchase for the refund by following below directions and place a new order for the desired style or size.

Below applies only to the items purchased on If you have purchased a product from one of Modzori re-sellers (either store or online), you must return your product to that retailer. is unable to process any returns for purchases that originated elsewhere, and these are not covered under our 30-day guarantee.

  • Request a Return Authorization
    • You must obtain a return authorization number (RA#) by emailing us to with “Return request” in the subject line. We will email you RA# within 24 hours after your request is received.
    • In email, specify the original order number and tell us why you want to return it and request the shipping label if you want to use our shipping serviceThe prepaid shipping label will be emailed and $10 flat shipping fee deducted at the time of the return credit.
  • Returns will be refused and sent back to the sender if there is no Returns Authorization number on the shipping box.
  • Put the RA# on the box and include a copy of your original packing slip in your return.
  • Ship It Back
    • You can use our USPS or UPS shipping label but feel free to use the carrier of your choice. We advise using a method that provides a tracking number.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. The shipping cost incurred for returning item(s) to for refund are NOT covered or reimbursed by us.
  • If return package is not sent to the proper return location or sent COD, it will be refused.
  • Refunds (if applicable): Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
  • We'll do everything we can to take care of your return quickly. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Returns with complete documentation receive priority. Please note that is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
